Refund Policy

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, with processing completed within 10 days of approval. Exchanges are also accepted, although fulfillment depends on stock. There is no restocking fee, and mailed returns use the free label included in the package.

We accept returns for defective merchandise and non-defective merchandise alike. A change of mind, preference for something else or wrong selection is covered, as are damaged or faulty items, an incorrect shipment, missing pieces and a material mismatch with the description. Apply within 30 days after delivery and keep the item new, unused and in its original state, preserving original packaging, tags and accessories.

Please request authorization before mailing a parcel. Send your order number, checkout email and an explanation of the request. Product and packaging photos or video are needed for damage, defects, incorrect shipments or missing pieces.
